Agriculture Technician - Carrollton, Mo.
Must be able to perform the duties outlined for a Technician Apprentice, in addition to completing work in a safe, professional and timely manner. Must be able to test for proper operation, using basic test equipment and procedures. Must be able to perform simple component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning, following Service Advisor procedures on machines of technicians specialty. Must be able to safely operate all machines of technician’s specialty.

Truck Machanic - Carrollton, Mo.
Must be able to perform the duties outlined for a Technician Apprentice, in addition to completing work in a safe, professional and timely manner. Must be able to test for proper operation, using basic test equipment and procedures for diesel trucks. Must be able to perform simple component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning. Must be able to safely operate all machines of technician’s specialty.

Parts/Sales Representative - Higginsville, Mo.
Performs a variety of in-store customer service, marketing, promotional, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories.  Establish a loyal client base to sell new and used outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden equipment to new and existing customers while promoting goodwill of the company.

Experienced Technician - Higginsville, Mo.
Must be able to perform the duties outlined for a Technician Apprentice, in addition to completing work in a safe, professional and timely manner. Must be able to test for proper operation, using basic test equipment and procedures. Must be able to perform simple component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning, following Service Advisor procedures on machines of technicians specialty. Entry Level Technician - Higginsville, Mo.
The Service Technician Apprentice is responsible for carrying out all jobs and assignments given to him/her by the Shop Foreman and the Service Manager. This individual requires Supervision and direction.  Has basic fundamentals of service level of knowledge of engines, hydraulics, power-train, air conditioning and electrical systems as they apply to machines marketed by the dealership. May assist Technicians with repairs. May perform predelivery on new equipment.
